I can’t rave enough what a great experience we had from start to finish! All four of us agreed that the trip exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Experience It! I hope I have the opportunity to work with your company again. I would have no hesitation to do so or recommend you to friends and family. I’m happy to write a review on whatever venue is best for you.
Highlights? Well, everything deserves a mention for that! First and foremost, Driss, [our driver], was key in making this an exceptional trip. His language skills and openness gave us confidence that we were in good hands. I spoke with a couple doing a similar trip and they complained that their driver didn’t interact with them at all. I don’t know what stars aligned for us to get Driss, but we were very grateful for him. Another person that I was very impressed with was Jill. We had a few hiccups and she was there to help us through them. Above and beyond what I would expect, and again we were very grateful. So even when we were in the midst of something that could ruin a trip Experience It was there to ease us through it.
Accommodations were fantastic. Riad el Yacout was such a great introduction to our trip. It is beautiful and their staff were amazing. And we loved the L’Ma Lodge in Skoura. Our only regret is we wish we could have stayed there another night. Our overnight in the Sahara was fun. I think we all had a bit of trepidation about a night in a tent. We needn’t have worried. Experience It! gave us a great experience!
