Everything went smoothly, and as detailed and expected. Khalid, our driver was everything we could have wanted, warm, friendly, professional, competent, and helpful at every turn. As the company face to the customer, he was perfect.
As Im sure you know, we had an issue with some documents and cash left behind in a hotel safe, and Khalid took charge to arrange another of your drivers to pick these documents up and deliver them to us the next day. All went smoothly, and we never felt concern about how this incident would play out.
Regarding our itinerary, all went as described. We did enjoy the tours and the guides. Our desert experience could have been an additional night, and our free day at the end, with Khalid’s guidance and suggestion was great. We went to the Oreka ? Valley, great drive, beautiful.
All was great, we loved Morocco, we loved our trip, appreciated Khalid’s expertise and personal warmth and commitment to us, and would have no problem recommending Experience It to our circle of friends and fellow travelers.
