In short, we had a wonderful two weeks, filled with great memories, and were very glad we chose Experience It for our tour provider.
In particular we’d call attention to Karim, who was not only an excellent driver but very responsive to our needs. The car was also great.
He only picked one bad lunch spot, in Meknes, which we told him about, and one mediocre, low energy guide.
But other than that, his choices were excellent , as was his service. And it’s so important bc we spent A LOT of time in the car, which of course we had to, to see everything.
Having dealt with clients for my career at Morgan Stanley, I’m attuned to good customer service, and you and your team certainly delivered, from pre trip sales literature, to emails, to on the ground.
And the price was right!
In short, all good!!
