We had a fantastic time on the tour and would be more than happy to recommend Experience It in future. We found the company very easy to deal with from the very beginning, which was great especially since we were already traveling when we started our discussions with you.
Special mention definitely must go to Aissa, who was a great driver – full of information, always going above and beyond to be helpful and able to answer our many questions as we made our way around the country. He even introduced us to his family and welcomed us into his home. He is a great asset to your company and we would not hesitate to recommend him as a driver if our friends and family were taking an Experience It tour.
In terms of the accommodation, we loved the rooms in Fez and Marrakech, the Berber tent and the Xaluca Dades. We were not overly impressed with the room at the Hotel Maamoura at the start of our stay (it was quite small, the air conditioning was not working and there was a lot of noise from other people in the hotel), but when we returned at the end were given a much better room and were perfectly comfortable.
The highlight was definitely the Berber tent and the camel excursion in the Sahara. That was fantastic!
Thank you so much for all your assistance. It was great to deal with such an accommodating tour company and we had a fantastic time. We look forward to telling all our family and friends when we return home!
