On a scale of 1-10 [our driver] Kamal was a 15 (fifteen!)
You know that we started the trip with a self-inflicted Day 1 wound, believing we lost Ayse’s wallet – which was for over a 24 hour period. But Kamal could not have been more supportive and positive. Being in an Arabic language based country Kamal was incredible helping us retrace our steps. Kamal took us back to the airport and took us to1) security and 2) arrivals and 3) lost and found – those things we may have figured out over an incredibly long time – Kamal was able to do all in short order. His suggestions of filing a police report were appreciated. He was nothing but constructive and supportive – as were yourselves and your overall company in general. In the end the wallet was found but what could have turned out to have been an absolutely destructive Day #1 on a 20 day tour of Morocco and the UK was averted.
I can not fully express enough how Kamal handled that Day 1 experience. How Kamal interacted with all the necessary parties in a land that was completely foreign to us can not be under emphasized. This coming from an individual we JUST met!
Kamal’s professionalism, kindness, positivity, good humor, flexibility, suggestions, banter, dialogue/conversations, information, instruction, guidance, insights etc etc etc all done with a smile and humility were exceptional. I could go on and on.
I don’t know how many driver/guides Experience It Tours have but if you had 20 or 30 Kamal’s as your ambassadors/representatives of your company you would be in absolutely great hands.
I think the best way I thought of Kamal was that he was our guardian angel. Whenever we had a problem or concern, question or were unsure of what to do – Kamal would magically appear. It was as if he was in the ether somewhere and would somehow show up and make everything right.
While the tour was very good, having Kamal as our driver/guide took it to a whole new level. Over all these years Ayse and I have done a lot of traveling around the world. Western Europe, Scandinavia, Far East and all throughout the US but this Moroccan excursion is vaulted to one of the top we have ever experienced and that is a big part due to Kamal and the wonderful representation of your company.
I don’t know what kind of advertising you do but nothing can be better than having your customers shouting from the mountain tops that if you want to visit countries like Morocco, there is absolutely nothing better than how Experience It Tours does it and having someone as excellent as Kamal is the icing on the cake.

We will be talking up the way to do Morocco (and / or Oman and Kenya) as in our estimation the way you run your operation is the only way visiting those types of countries can be done!
