Hi there-sorry to take so long, but we have only been home a week or so now-had a great holiday! Morocco was super special for us and we loved every part of it! Our driver Hisham was fantastic and we never had any problem in that regard. The accommodations were excellent and we loved them all.
Yes we would recommend your company to anyone coming to Morocco-we were looked after so well and have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you so much for our memorable time in Morocco and we would love to come back sometime one day. We had a great time, everything went according to plan and not one of us got sick-a bonus with kids. The children got looked after very well and loved their time there too.
The guides that we had in different places were excellent with a wealth of knowledge and we learnt so much from them-made the days fantastic. The hightlight would have to be going out into the desert for the night-everyone has to do this if they come to Morocco! This was such a neat experience and one the kids will remember for a long time-especially the uncomfortable camels!! The food we had the whole time was superb and the only fault being that there was far too much of it!
-only in Fes was it a bit difficult because we had two rooms that were a long way apart and on different floors which was not ideal with the children and they didn’t want to be so far from us. But that was minor really. We were really looking forward to our trip as we had had such great communication from you all before hand with great information sent etc-and this did not disappoint.
The only thing I will say was that maybe we could have had more information from our driver. We realize he was a driver and not a guide-but especially with the children in mind (and us too), some days we had no idea how long we had to drive, or when we would be stopping for lunch etc. So this would have been nice if we could have been told-Ok today we have to drive 4 hours before we stop for lunch then it will be another 2 hours after that-for example. We learnt after a few days to ask a few more questions, because sometimes it would be 2pm before we stopped for lunch and it was early that we had breakfast-not too bad for us but sometimes the kids were feeling sick as they needed food. Again not a major issue but one that would have been appreciated.
A couple more highlights-the berber pizza that our driver organized for us in Rissani-awesome, the Todra gorge-awesome kasbah Lamrani accommodation, looking at Volubolis-even the kids were intrigued by this place, and also the Hassan Mosque in Casablanca-very interesting. And we loved Fes! The Riad in Fes was top class-very nice.
So thanks again for a great Moroccan experience-we have some neat souvenirs and great videos to remember our time there by.
