“Such an Adventure”

We had a great time, it was such an adventure. We were happy that we got to see so much of the country and so many different types of terrain. Some of the highlights for us were the Hassan II Mosque (the size and beauty were astonishing), the Souks of Fez (we loved the walking tour through the winding streets), the camel ride in the Sahara (it was good going in, but it was too windy for them to do anything outside after dinner and too windy the next day so we ended up taking the jeep back), and the Souks of Marrakech (especially when our walking tour included the old part where the actual craftsmen were working).

We liked Majid a lot. He was very nice, easy to talk to, and we felt safe the whole time with him. Jason also loved practicing Arabic with him.

The accommodations were amazing, especially in Casablanca, Fez, and Marrakech. We loved the cooking class at La Maison Arabe and later that afternoon spent some time in their spa which was phenomenal.

The company’s service was great, you and Ruth were so quick in emailing me back and providing all the information we could ever need – it helped us to be very prepared for the trip.

I would recommend others visit Morocco but it’s definitely more of an adventure honeymoon rather than a relaxing typical honeymoon. I was very happy we added that extra day in Marrakech to relax some before our trip home. I would also recommend others use Experience It Tours.

Thanks,

Meagan.
