I think I speak for all of us when I say we had one of the best trips of our lives. Morocco is amazing. The trip you planned for us was above our expectations. Everything was seamless and stress free thanks to the good planning. Each of the places you chose for our stays and our meals was more magnificent than the one before. It’s hard to choose a highlight but I loved the people, the culture, the colors, tastes and smells. We really appreciated the emphasis on Jewish heritage. We loved the Sahara, Fes and Essaouira but Skoura, Marrakech , and Chefchaouen were also amazing. All of our guides were so knowledgeable and generous with the information they shared with us. We learned so much and were able to understand a lot about the region, the people, the history and how the government functions.
The only constructive criticisms I’ll pass on are that the food at the Riad in Chefchaouen was mediocre. We had a much better meal at a local restaurant. The spa, however, was incredible and should not be missed. Also the spa at Skoura was not good and should probably be avoided but the Riad was amazing and it was the only place where the chef was able to prepare vegan meals for me, which was much appreciated.
I’ve saved the best for last. Rachid is a wonderful person and a tremendous guide and driver. He treated us like family, taking care of every detail to make sure we were happy, safe and comfortable. We trusted him completely. He went way above and beyond his job responsibilities. He did that while remaining completely professional. We also loved all of the local guides.
Your company’s service from the initial inquiry until the moment we left Morocco was flawless. We loved meeting Jill in Fes. What a nice surprise.
