The service we received from yourself and Ruth was excellent from the very beginning. Nothing seemed to be a problem. 10 out of 10.
Majid was a great guy. It is the first time Mark has been so relaxed on a holiday. He had nothing to worry about! Majid looked after everything. He is a lovely man with a happy nature and funny sense of humour. We felt very lucky indeed.
When we wanted to try a certain restaurant at the last minute, he made it happen. I did not want to go on the tour of Marrakech, instead I was interested in a Hamam. Within 15minutes I was booked in and Majid delivered me there and picked me up.
We felt very privileged to be taken to visit his gorgeous family. They spoilt us completely. This was a highlight for us and we felt so grateful.
We enjoyed our accommodations in particular; Dar Jnane Tiouira. Mark, Liz and I had sick tummies and the wonderful owner made us herbal tea and dinner from his garden. Superb. We also loved our Fez, Marrakech and chef chaouen accommodations. Beautiful with lovely people.
Once again, thank you for a magical trip. And big thanks to Majid. He went above and beyond. I will be more than happy to recommend your family company.
