Family time and an immersive experience in Morocco. My family all loved the camel ride and overnight in tents in the Sahara. The stargazing in the desert was outstanding. My husband loved staying in the Riads. He feels Riad Chergui in Marrakesh is one of his favorite hotels of all time (and we’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels including luxury resorts). We discovered how ideal it was to eat dinner at the Riads and enjoyed the rooftops. I appreciated my family getting to experience the Arab/Muslim world, hearing the call to prayer, walking through souks, seeing the headscarves and robes, etc. We made an unexpected, unofficial stop to see the underground Berber canal/aqueduct and my engineering student son loved it.
We appreciated that Youssef [our driver] was always willing to accommodate us. He was on call and responsive. We would request him again and highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable.

Our favorite accommodations: Chergui – as I said above, my husband LOVED this Riad–beautiful grounds, excellent staff, welcoming, comfortable. I liked the Berber Palace. I thought it was a lovely resort. The Riad Myra in Fez is beautiful with superb service. I liked every place we stayed. We liked have 2 or more nights in a location.
We would recommend EIT without any hesitation.
Valerie.
