Jeff’s journey with Morocco began in 2001 when he moved his family to this captivating country. As one of the founding members and current CEO, Jeff has watched Experience It Tours grow from a small family business into Morocco’s premier private tour operator.
“I fell in love with Morocco back in 2001 when I moved my family here. We’ve been creating private experiences ever since!” Jeff shares. His role involves setting the vision, values, and strategy for the company, but his passion remains the same: helping travelers discover the Morocco that captured his heart over two decades ago.

Ellen – Documentation Specialist (23 Years with EIT)
Ellen has been with Experience It Tours since day one—literally. Married to one of the original founding partners, she’s seen the company grow from its very first client to the thousands of travelers we serve today.
Her role: Ellen creates all the informational packets and documents that help prepare travelers for their Moroccan adventure. “We still mail our clients a nice colorful folder with tons of information. I stuff and mail each folder,” she explains with pride in the personal touch that sets EIT apart.

Aaron – Morocco Manager (17+ Years in Morocco)
Aaron holds a unique position as our Morocco Manager, having lived in Morocco for over 17 years since 2007. His role is crucial in maintaining the quality and authenticity of every Experience It Tours journey.
His responsibilities include:

His mission: “My role is tour sales for EIT and Morocco Tours. I have the privilege to help people experience the amazing variety of culture and landscape of Morocco. However, most importantly I get to help our clients to experience the real treasure of Morocco: its people!”

Her role: “I serve as administrator and then added the role of COO in 2020. I usually ‘meet’ our clients via email when I hear they are ready to book with us and have an itinerary decided upon.”

Her goal: “My goal is to have a good process in place so that the needs and questions of each client are anticipated and responded to. We work together as a team to give clients a seamless tour logistically so all they think about are the memories they are making as they experience Morocco.”

I also get to meet some extraordinary clients who seem to soak up all their experiences in Morocco and enjoy life. I find they are people of all ages and perspectives but with joy in common. I love seeing that!”
Joe – Finance Director (12+ Years with EIT)
Joe has been handling the financial backbone of Experience It Tours since 2013, ensuring every transaction is smooth and every tour is properly funded.
His comprehensive role includes: Daily invoicing, payment processing, banking activities, tour advancements and payments, foreign currency activities, financial tracking and analysis, reporting to management and board of directors, federal taxes, and serving as company representative to state government.

Khadija is attentive to detail in scanning paperwork and faithfully makes the document templates for each tour. Since joining in 2020, Khadija has become an integral part of our reservation team, handling everything from bookings to banking. When the day is started and there are no new reservations for the day, Khadija’s signature phrase is, ” Until now….”, and is always watching for a new reservation to come in.
Her responsibilities: “Reservation Specialist (reservations, modifications, cancellations, phone calls), makes Hotel Information & Covered Expense files, scans files and standard dossiers, and goes to the bank and wafacash.”

Zineb has brought a new spark to our office with her smile and great work ethic.
