Adventure Morocco Tour 21 Days / 20Nights
Day 1 Arrival / Marrakech (D)
Travel to Marrakech. Upon arrival in Marrakech, the group will be met and transferred to their hotel. They will spend the afternoon acclimatizing to life in Marrakech with a possible visit to the Jemaa El Fna (famous square)
Day 2 Marrakech / Day in the Life of a Berber (B, L, D)
After breakfast, the group will set off to a Berber village to enjoy a truly cultural experience& The Day in the Life of a Berber. The students will learn first hand by collecting water from the well, cooking lunch, brewing Berber mint tea, and sleeping in a Berber house.
Day 3 Day in the Life of a Berber (B, L, D)
The Berber experience continues with more activities and Berber dancing
Day 4 Day in the Life of a Berber / Trekking (B, D)
After lunch, the group will be transferred to the mountains where they will begin their trek.
Day 5 - 9 Trekking (B, L, D)
Day 10 Trekking / Ouarzazate (B, D)
The group will have a short trek . After lunch the group will head over the mountains to Ouarzazate through the Tizi n? Tichka.
Day 11 Ouarzazate (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will have an optional tour of Ouarzazate and the film studios. Many may prefer to rest by the pool.
Day 12 Ouarzazate / Erfoud / Dunes (B, D)
In the morning, the group will set out along the route of 1000 kasbahs. Upon arrival in Erfoud, the group will get into the 4x4s and cross the barren desert land to the giant dunes. You will spend the evening on the edge of the dunes.
Day 13 Camel Trek (B, L, D)
During the morning, the group can enjoy the wide open sand dunes& perhaps take a try sand boarding down the giant dunes. In the afternoon, you will head out on the camel trek into the dunes for an overnight in the Berber tents.
Day 14 Camel Trek (B, L, D)
After breakfast, pack up camp and head off by camel to another location. During the heat of the day, you will spend the time under the tents.
Day 15 Camel/ Erfoud / Todra Gorges (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will head back towards Erfoud and down to the colossal Todra Gorges.
Day 16 Todra Gorges / Rock Climbing (B, D)
This day will be a day of rock climbing with ropes and instruction. You will have some free time to rest.
Day 17 Todra Gorges / Rock Climbing (B, D)
This day will be a day of rock climbing with ropes and instruction.
Day 18 Todra Gorges / Ait Benhaddou (B, D)
After an early breakfast you set off to Ait Benhaddou - Kasbah. This setting has been used for more films than any other location in Morocco; films including, Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, and recently The Gladiator. Lunch can be taken at Ait Ben Haddou.
Day 19 Ait Benhaddou /Marrakech (B, D)
You will make you way back over the mountains to Marrakech for your last few days.
Day 20 Marrakech (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will have a guided tour of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will discover the souks, Palace of the Bahia, the Saadian Tombs, and many other hidden treasures.
Day 21 Marrakech Depart (B)
