Morocco

This was one of the most beautiful trips I've ever taken, and if you go to my website you'll see that I travel a lot.  Morocco was not on the top of my list of places to see but I"m so glad I've visited because it quickly became one of the top trips.  The Sahara  experience with the dune surfing, camel trek and a night in berber tent was unforgetable.  Being able to tell your guide/driver, when and where we want to go was a great advantage over bussed tours.  We have been spreading the word in Big Apple about Experience It Tours to everyone we meet.  One of our friends just started a travel company and we will make sure she oranizes a trip to Morocco.

Last but not least our trip could not be the same without Mr Namir!  You can tell immediatelly how much he loves his work, his country and meeting new people.  This trip wouldn't be the same without him, we are absolutely convinced about it.   He made sure our trip was smooth, we felt safe at all times, his driving was smooth and he was a life saver when he suggested we take a day trip to Essouira when marakesh was closed for the holidays.  If any of our referals ever decide to go with our suggestion and book a trip to MOrocco, I would like you to keep in mind (as they might forget) that we would like Namir to be their driver.   

Thank you for allowing us to create uforgettable memories and make new friends for life.   We are looking forword to working with you again as Joanne and I are hoping to take a trip to Libya some time in the future and we'd love to speak to you about when the time comes.

I wanted to say thanks for the wonderful tour that you give me. Lofti were fantastic, he made our experience a good value. he is the perfect driver and he treated us like we were his friend. I will recommend him without doubt, please give him my congratulations and work with him in the future, he is the kind of person that I tourist want to find when go to other country

The three of us had a wonderful tour of Morocco. Staying in riads was a particularly neat experience; after the hustle and bustle within the old city walls of Marrakech and Fes, to land in these little sanctuaries adds a restful, pampered and relaxing dimension to the trip.

However, the gem of our tour was our guide Ahmed Hadji who was with us throughout the 6 day trip and was informative, patient, and flexible. He did not skip a beat helping us with restaurant choices, picking up forgotten articles, providing advice and information, and making sure we were delivered safely home to the riad after our evening meals. He set a pleasant relaxed tone to our tour that was much appreciated.

Just wanted to drop you a note expressing our satisfaction with everything about our recent trip to Morocco. Everything was exactly to our specifications and we were extremely happy with the planning and execution of the adventure. On a 13-day driving tour of the country, the success or failure of the tour is 100% dependent on the driver/guide, who essentially becomes part of the "family". My wife and I could not have been happier with Mr. Ahmed Hadji, who was there for our every need and by the end of the trip, was indeed, part of the family. His extra effort was truly appreciated and has our highest recommendation as a "great guy" to spend a couple of weeks with!

I have just collected evaluations from the group and I am reading things like:
Our guide Ali is the best I have known. It has been a great experience and Ali was the most competent guide I've ever traveled with (My 10th Friendship Force trip.)  Ali was the best guide I have ever encountered on an exchange tour (her 24th)  I hope his boss appreciates him.  I say the same for Majeed (driver) and Kareem (helper).Great staff of guide, driver, "counter" and over all assistant, site guides, and exchange director. The tour guide, bus driver, and staff were great.
 
And I would like to second the above. He is gentle, kind, competent and has a way of anticipating our every need in advance.  He handled problems with aplomb.  He made each person feel special.  We had the traveler's disease AND a cough and other stuff go through some of the group requiring lots of tender, loving care which was provided.  He is clear in explaining the plans and the program.  He is flexible and tries to accommodate the needs of all....can you imagine offering the group three different choices in Fes but they all wanted to do at least two of the three and somehow he managed to pull even that off! 
 
He is very understandable and oh, so knowledgeable about the country, the history, the sites we visited, and the people.  There are hardly enough superlatives to express our delight that you gave us Ali as our guide.  The trip would not have been the same with someone else.

Thank you for putting together the most amazing vacation I can ever imagine-I'm not sure how any vacation in the future can top our Moroccan adventure. We've spent the last two weeks telling all of our friends and relatives about our great trip.
 
The highlight of the trip was the overnight in the desert. I had worried about that one the most, and it turned out to be the true once-in a lifetime experience. I'm very glad we did it.
 
We loved the riads and the Xaluca hotels. We loved shopping in the markets and hearing the calls to prayer.
We loved the Moroccan people-they are the friendliest, and often the funniest in the world.
 
Most of all we loved Namir. He is a perfect guide, anticipating our every need. My teenage daughters adored him-he spoiled them, teased them, and made the trip perfect for them. I appreciated everything he did for me during this trip and his never ending energy. He was absolutely great!
 
Again, we appreciate all the work you put into arranging this adventure for our family. THANK YOU!

I thought I would give you some honest feedback about our trip – this is not to complain at all but since we enjoyed ourselves so much and since I think you and your Company did such a wonderful job for us,  I felt it would be useful for you to know all our good experiences as well as some of the negative things about the trip so that it will help you for the future.

First of all Mr. Hamid – I am sure all your drivers are excellent -  I don't doubt that, but I would like to say a few really positive things about Mr. Hamid – he went the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable – as you know the roads through the mountains are really difficult and at no time did Mr. Hamid ever make us feel uncomfortable – he drove very safely.  Another plus point was he was ALWAYS on time – whenever he gave us a time he was there – really impressive – and then when we wanted to deviate from the usual norm, he was always cooperative so please do make sure you let him know how much we appreciated the services he provided.

Hotel in Casablanca – very good with an excellent spread at breakfast – one of the best we have had on our travels.

Just a note of thanks for all your help putting together a trip that none of us will ever forget. From the start in Casablanca to the end of our trip, Namir could not have been more helpful or attentive to our needs and wants. Some of the highlights for us while in Morocco was The Day In The Life Of A Berber. Anyone going on one of your trips should not miss this opportunity . Making bread, cooking on coals, milking the goats, going for water at the well, making mint tea! What a wonderful time we all had there and Mohamed was quite the host the whole time we were there.The two Riads we stayed in were fabulous, Riad Alida in Marrakech and Riad Jaouharra. The night in the Sahara is also not to be missed. The camel ride out to the tents is beyond words . And the meal  our guide cooked for us was a real surprise.
